if that is not possible, a home visit can be arranged.
Travel Immunisation/Vaccination
Please make an appointment at least six weeks in advance of your holiday to ensure

Flu Vaccination
An influenza vaccination is particularly recommended for: patients with heart,
lung or kidney disease; diabetics; residents of nursing and rest homes; carers.
Please contact the reception staff in October for details of the vaccination
dates to make an appointment. If you are unable to attend the surgery, a home
visit will be arranged to undertake this facility.
